Los derechos que configuran la patria potestad tienen un marcado componente patrimonial y se establecen en beneficio de la protección del hijo de familia. Estos son: la representación legal del hijo, el usufructo y la administración de ciertos bienes. En esta investigación se aborda la situación de los padres adolescentes en ejercicio de los derechos referidos, teniendo en cuenta que estos carecen de normativa nacional en la materia no establece el alcance del término ‘padres’, dentro de las formulaciones referidas a la patria potestad; es decir, que no existe claridad para el intérprete si este término es incluyente o no con los padres adolescentes respecto al ejercicio de la patria potestad. |
