RESUMEN : El auge en el uso tecnológico y desarrollo de software en diferentes áreas de la industria global hace que las compañías busquen entregar productos o servicios de manera más eficiente y rápida para cumplir con los requerimientos de los clientes y competitividad del mercado. Por tal motivo las empresas como Playvox, líder en medir la calidad entre las interacciones con los usuarios para los call centers, busca automatizar el proceso de CD para integrar nuevas características al ambiente productivo de manera eficaz, rápida y segura. Lo antes mencionado se realizó por medio de una metodología ágil como SCRUM y la integración de diferentes grupos de trabajo del área de ingeniería, dando como resultados una nueva estrategia de ramas, OCD, que mejora el proceso de CD de la compañía permitiendo cumplir con el objetivo planteado. De esta manera, se llega a porcentajes donde el 63,6% de los equipos han implementado OCD como uno de sus métodos de paso a producción y el 37,7% de los releases se han realizado por medio de esta nueva estrategia. |
