RESUMEN: La investigación jurídica, la apropiación y la construcción social del conocimiento generan relaciones que deben ser analizadas desde diferentes espacios y articulaciones, ya que no es posible concentrarse exclusivamente en los indicadores de eficacia planteados en los documentos institucionales y en las directrices de evaluación y reconocimiento sobre su producción. Específicamente, el estudio social sobre la apropiación y la construcción social del conocimiento y su relación con la investigación jurídica deberá, desde su ubicación en el Sistema Nacional de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación, mostrar el aporte desde la interacción con los grupos sociales, sus formas de interpretación y sus prácticas reflexivas.En materia investigativa, el saber jurídico se ha convocado en ese ámbito con el fin de regular los procesos y con el interés de proteger los de-rechos que de este se deriven. Es precisamente la participación activa de los diferentes sujetos la que permite que el derecho aporte pro-puestas para conocer los casos, los problemas y el análisis de situaciones particulares que no han tenido tratamiento jurídico en el ámbito del Sistema Nacional de Ciencia, Tecnología e innovación y en los documentos maestros que reúnen la información de grupos e investigadores en Colombia. Palabras clave: investigación jurídica, apropiación social del conocimiento, construcción social del conocimiento.ABSTRACT: Legal research, appropriation and the social construction of knowledge generate relation-ships that must be analyzed from different spaces and articulations since it is not pos-sible to concentrate exclusively on the effec-tiveness indicators set out in the institutional documents and the evaluation and recognition guidelines on their production. Specifically, the social study on the appropriation and social construction of knowledge and its relationship with legal research should, from its location in the National System of Science, Technology, and Innovation, show the contribution from the interaction with social groups, their forms of interpretation and its reflexive practices.In investigative matters, legal knowledge has been convened in this area in order to regulate the processes and with the interest of protect-ing the rights that derive from it. It is precisely the active participation of the different subjects that allows the right to provide proposals to know the cases, the problems and the analysis of particular situations that have not had legal treatment in the scope of the National System of Science, Technology and Innovation and in the master documents that gather the informa-tion of groups and researchers in Colombia.
