Los hallaz­ gos clínicos, de laboratorio e histológicos ayudaron al diag­nóstico de acrodermatitis enteropática.ABSTRACT: We show a case of a fifteen-months-old female patient, who since the age of three months presented a history of periorificial desquamation, erosions, diarrhea, alopecia and irritation which were exacerbated after the ten months old, when her mother stopped breast feeding.
