RESUMEN: Como ocurre en todo el país, en el municipio de Girardota se encuentran problemáticas urbanísticas en toda su área urbana y rural. El objetivo de este proyecto fue identificar algunas de esas problemáticas más comunes y posteriormente aportar unas recomendaciones para mitigar estas. Durante 5 meses se realizaron visitas técnicas desde la Secretaria de Planeación y Desarrollo Urbano a predios del municipio llenando fichas técnicas y recolectando información. Se encontró entonces que los tres problemas más frecuentes en el municipio de Girardota son construcciones realizadas sin licencia, problemas con densidades de construcción y retiros a afluentes. |
