RESUMEN: Este trabajo de grado tuvo como objetivo: Fortalecer el trabajo cooperativo en los niños y niñas del grado quinto de la institución rural agrícola de San Jerónimo sede Tomasa Méndez Antioquia. En el cual participaron niños, niñas y maestras de la misma. En este sentido se estructuró y dinamizó metodológicamente, a partir de una postura de la investigación crítica con un enfoque cualitativo y un tipo de investigación hermenéutica, determinada por un contexto de realidad en el que se interpretó y construyó en grupo con sujetos de saber; en coherencia con el método narrativo que permitió escuchar la voz y visión de los sujetos con los que aprendió en la investigación. En correspondencia con el paradigma interpretativo se utilizaron técnicas y herramientas que posibilitaron entender hechos, situaciones y sentimientos; mediante las narraciones, el compartir, la escucha y la comunicación entre quienes participaron en la investigación. El fortalecimiento del trabajo cooperativo partiendo de los significados que las niñas, los niños y las maestras le dieron permitió resaltar un aprendizaje a partir de la socialización; el valor de la familia en el proceso educativo y el reconocimiento de las emociones que conllevan al respeto por el otro y lo otro; además, este ejercicio de investigación permitió identificar los significados textuales que tienen de este y, a su vez, potenciar las relaciones con su entorno. |

In which boys, girls and teachers of the same participated. In this sense, it was structured and dynamized methodologically, from a position of critical research with a qualitative approach and a type of hermeneutical research, determined by a context of reality in which it was interpreted and built in a group with subjects of knowledge; in coherence with the narrative method that allowed to hear the voice and vision of the subjects with whom he learned in the research. In correspondence with the interpretive paradigm, techniques and tools were used that made it possible to understand facts, situations and feelings; through storytelling, sharing, listening and communication among those who participated in the research.
