Summary:ABSTRACT: The City Hall electoral campaigns have been characterized by an unusual protagonism of the soundings on intention of vote. Like never before another election, the results of any survey become the news of first flat and reason for commentaries and reactions of political, expert leaders and fans of the electoral fights. Generally, it is attended a true “carnival of surveys”, respect to which it is worth the trouble to put some things in his place, in relation to the most recurrent subjects in the debate on this subject.
