Sin embargo, ¿en esta bien intencionada labor, han caído en el juego antidemocrático de los demás poderes públicos, que sin estar comprometidos con la Constitución dejan que sus labores sean desarrolladas por los mismos jueces a los que posteriormente tachan de dictadores o se justifica este excesivo poder en un Estado que ha considerado al juez como un repetidor de la ley? ¿Se justifica este excesivo poder sin que estos jueces hayan entendido el problema de la justicia en una sociedad plural? ¿Se justifica este poder en manos de un aparato judicial de la sociedad y al individuo? |
