Description
Summary:ABSTRACT: In this work were synthesized by hydrothermal method, hydrotalcite materials based in Mn and Cr, under different conditions of temperature (80-150°C). These solids were characterized by Xray diffraction, and it was found the presence of some impurities belonging to manganese oxides. From this analysis it was determined that the best phase hydrotalcite was obtained at a temperature of 120°C, thus this solid was calcined to obtain a mixture of oxides, and then used as a catalyst in the oxidative dehydrogenation reaction of propane.
