RESUMEN: Este documento representa el resultado del proceso de prácticas que se desarrolló en la Clínica central Someba en el municipio de Turbo Antioquia en el área de atención al usuario; el propósito y enfoque de la intervención se mantuvo en la intención de priorizar la humanización y comunicación asertiva de usuarios y empleados para el acceso a la utilización de los servicios de salud, resaltando la importancia de los derechos y deberes de los usuarios y los medios y mecanismos disponibles para solicitar los servicios de atención; también se hallará información que concierne a las dificultades que se presentaron en el proceso debido a los límites de la institución y por las medidas de salud debido al confinamiento por covid-19 lo cual permitió que se crearan estrategias para el desarrollo de actividades y por ultimo las reflexiones y conclusiones a la que se llegaron de acuerdo a los resultados que se obtuvieron a partir de la aplicación de instrumentos del proyecto de intervención pensado en la debilidad de los servicios de atención. |
