RESUMEN: El informe da cuenta de la situación humanitaria de la subregión de Bajo Atrato, departamento de Chocó, y del municipio de Tumaco, departamento de Nariño, así como el diagnóstico de derechos humanos (DESC) en estas dos territorialidades enmarcadas en la región Pacífica colombiana, mediante el análisis cualitativo de datos sobre variantes directa (economía, salud, educación) e indirectamente relacionadas con estos derechos (violencia contra las mujeres y la población LGBTI, conflicto armado y víctimas, migraciones e implementación del Acuerdo de paz en medio del conflicto) y la crisis humanitaria presente en ambos territorios. Se parte de una contextualización de cada territorio, que conforman dos capítulos iniciales, pasando a la exposición de la información sobre las variables DESC, otras afectaciones relacionadas indirectamente y se concluye en una síntesis analítica. Finalmente, el capítulo tercero contiene las conclusiones y la exposición del rol del practicante durante el desarrollo de la práctica profesional en la ONGD PROCLADE. |

It starts from a contextualization of each territory, which make up two initial chapters, going on to the exposition of the information on ESCR variables, other indirectly related effects, and it concludes in an analytical synthesis.
