Por un lado, que esté basada en una concepción de nuestros derechos básicos lo suficientemente minimalista para que resulte acorde con el pluralismo. Y por otra parte, que sea lo suficientemente inclusiva para que permita la defensa de derechos sociales universales desde donde justifique-mos el deber de redistribuir la riqueza mundial, como solución urgente para aliviar el dolor y el sufrimiento de un número cada vez mayor de personas sometidas a una vida en condiciones de pobreza extrema.

I propose a version that attempts to expose two of the greatest normative needs that are conditioning its plau-sibility and that according to the majority of thoughts it result in-compatible. On the one hand, this is based on a conception of our basic rights sufficiently minimalistic that the outcome is consent with pluralism. On the other hand, it is sufficiently inclusive that allows the defense of the universal social rights.
