Logistics is an important determinant in the supply chain, because through it you can improve activities and processes which helps to provide a quality product and / or service taking into account the demands of the market. Operational control can occur in any part of the supply chain from provisioning to transportation, but it is appropriate to identify the costs that may be incurred in inventory management, because although it is necessary, because in this area the product needs of a series of conditions that can alter costs in one way or another, taking into account that agricultural products have high turnover, which is a factor that can determine economic situations within the business.
