The results of arithmetic means found were total proteins 6.16 ± 1.56 g / dL, albumin 3.41 ± 0.82 g / dL, globulins 2.77 ± 1.57 g / dL, urea 47.37 ± 12, 48 mg / dL, urea nitrogen 22.26 ± 5.87 mg / dL with respect to the protein metabolic profile; glucose 46.49 ± 26.16 mg / dL, cholesterol 66.56 ± 21.34 mg / L, triglycerides 52.74 ± 16.59 mg / dL, HDL cholesterol 36.14 ± 16.87 mg / dL, β - hydroxybutyrate 1.29 ± 0.78 mmol / Lt according to the energy metabolic profile and for the mineral metabolic profile calcium 3.49 ± 2.51 mg / dL, magnesium 1.80 ± 35mg / dL and phosphorus 10.14 ± 2.40 mg / dL. For each profile, significant differences were found between municipalities, productive stage and sex. It concludes by highlighting the importance of having reference concentration values, which globally evaluate the productive behavior of hair sheep in favor of strengthening the sheep-goat sector of the department and the country. |

Se eligieron 10 ovinos entre machos y hembras de diferentes etapas productivas, en óptimas condiciones de salud de 32 fincas repartidas en el departamento de Córdoba, se colectaron muestras de sangre con el fin de determinar mediante espectrofotometría concentraciones séricas de proteínas totales, albumina, globulinas, urea, nitrógeno ureico (BUN), Glucosa, Colesterol total y HDL, β- hidroxibutirato, triglicéridos, calcio, fosforo y magnesio. Los resultados de medias aritméticas encontradas proteínas totales 6,16±1,56 g/dL, albumina 3,41±0,82 g/dL, globulinas 2,77±1,57 g/dL, urea 47,37±12,48 mg/dL, nitrógeno ureico 22,26±5,87 mg/dL respecto al perfil metabólico proteico; glucosa 46,49±26,16 mg/dL, colesterol 66,56±21,34 mg/L, triglicéridos 52,74±16,59 mg/dL, colesterol HDL 36,14±16,87 mg/dL, β- hidroxibutirato 1,29±0,78 mmol/Lt de acuerdo al perfil metabólico energético y para el perfil metabólico mineral calcio 3,49±2,51 mg/dL, magnesio 1,80±35mg/dL y fósforo 10,14±2,40 mg/dL. Para cada perfil se encontró diferencias significativas entre municipios, etapa productiva y sexo.
