COMPETITORS: There is no other commercial establishment or restaurant like ours in the city of Montería, or with a similar approach or characteristics. However, there are in the city another large number of restaurants that could be counted as indirect competitors. SERVICE: Restaurant – bar, tourist attraction, ride along the Sinú River, training, recreation. PRICE: $15,000 and $30,000 INVESTMENT BUDGET: The budget for the initial investment is $60,028,381 PROFITABILITY: The IRR of the project is 83%
