In some countries there has been a change in mentality and it has been shown that the opposite is true, but in others, such as Colombia, people continue to be unproductive despite having one of the longest working weeks in the world. The question arises as to how much influence the length of the working day and leadership has on productivity. Based on an arduous bibliographic review, it was sought a qualitative relationship between these factors, taking into account research carried out around the world, strategies of multinational companies among others.
