Description
Summary:The use of ergogenic aids is the last legal recourse within organised sport. It also represents an ethical option to help non-athletes interested in regular physical activity, taking care of their organic balance. El objective of the research is to analyze the effects of the ingestion of bicarbonated water prior to the execution of aerobic exercise in sedentary subjects. Five (5) male subjects were evaluated with an average age of 31 years for the control group and 29.3 years for the experimental group, which ingested a 5% solution of Sodium Bicarbonate (NaHCO3).
