Summary:The execution of the business practice in the Municipal Health Department of San Bernardo del Viento, for the first period of the year 2023, will be applied through the design of the procedures of the insurance area of the health department of San Bernardo del Viento. When starting with the provision of support to the insurance area, each activity was observed and gradually each task to be carried out has been known, in addition, several factors were identified where it is possible to demonstrate, that mainly a guide has not been designed (step by step ) where the realization of this process is clearly and precisely expressed; Based on this, a diagnosis will be developed based on the accreditation standards for health secretaries resolution 3960. Based on the above, it was decided to choose to design the procedures for the creation of a document or didactic guide that legally exists and that is opportune for the correct and organized procedure of the Administration of the Database of the Affiliates of the subsidized regime of San Bernardo del Viento in the Ministry of Health.
