Description
Summary:The adoption of Cloud Computing tools for the development of business competitiveness and process optimization in PYMES is an improvement strategy that can allow each company to implement innovations in the operation of its functional areas and improve their conditions of use of TIC, without having to represent an exorbitant investment. It is of great importance for companies to be at the forefront of technological capabilities and skills, but this is difficult when they still have obsolete technology conditions and do not have the proper guidance as to where the focus of such optimization should be placed. The research aims to present an analysis model with which to determine the most viable business processes when implementing Cloud Computing services based on sequential guidelines and recommendations. The model was designed based on the study of the subject and the analysis of the structure of similar models that showed a high level of affinity with this research.
