Summary: | The purpose of this feasible work was to design an evaluation model of the organizational climate in the human talent area of the ESE Camu santa Teresita de Lorica-cordoba, with the purpose of obtaining information on the state of the organization from the perspective of the people inside it. In this way, it will be possible to know the main aspects to improve in relation to the available resources, the organizational culture, satisfaction or the way of communicating, among others. The confidentiality of designing the work environment procedure was a checklist made to the person in charge of the human talent area, after which an analysis and interpretation of data is made, using graphs and tabulation as tools, to conclude with actions of improvement and design of the organizational climate evaluation model. |
