Summary:Critical thinking is the ability that every person must constantly analyze and evaluate reasoning, this serves to identify potential threats in each behavior, a thought requires processes of analysis, inference, evaluation and deduction, with the objective of educating the mind to think in an organized and logical way, The following research project aims to strengthen the attitudes regarding critical thinking of fifth grade students of the educational institution El Siglo, this, through a methodology or didactic strategy that bears the name "Method by questions", implemented from the area of technology and computing. We emphasize critical thinking as a fundamental pillar when making decisions as citizens within any context, that is why from the classroom, we propose to develop and stimulate this individual capacity through a pedagogical strategy. This pedagogical strategy was designed following a quasi-experimental route where the possible shortcomings that exist in the El Siglo educational institution were investigated in terms of the motivation towards critical thinking that is provided to the students, taking advantage of the pedagogical practice carried out from the computer area and the management of the tools that the El Siglo Educational Institution has. Finally, a positive result could be observed both in the academic performance of the students and in the personal performance, the students were more upright, curious and always had something more to contribute to each theme and process of the implementation of this project
