Description
Summary:This application and deepening work is a study in correlation to the behavior that workers of the secretary of health of the municipality of Canalete present with Boreout syndrome, being a governing entity responsible for guaranteeing the right to health and to contribute to the improvement of the quality of life of the population, The purpose of the work is to identify variables that affect the performance of the health secretary workers in the municipality of Canalete, detecting low modo, an inadequate performance due to the performance of repetitive and monotonous tasks, which affect the intellectual and participatory capacities, limiting the opportunity to display their initiative and creativity. To this investigation, 12 workers will be intervened, to whom the Boreout questionnaire proposed by Cabrera Noriega, 2014 will be applied, to determine the levels of risk presented by the secretariat staff and subsequently make an action plan to correct and / or prevent the syndrome. The Boreout scale is evaluated in three dimensions (Boredom, Disinterest, and underdemand), each of these is made up of six items for a total of 18, 9 statements in a positive position and 9 in a negative position.
