Summary:This research project addresses the study of socio-emotional skills in secondary school students of the Santa Rosa de Lima educational institution in grade 11, specifically 11-1, the topic covers the importance in circumstances that effective socio-emotional education does not It has been a priority as a strategy for the integral and total formation of the personality in the students, which aims to strengthen them. From a theoretical point of view, the development of socio-emotional skills plays an essential role in the acquisition of basic resources and readiness necessary to interact with others, since it allows them to recognize and manage their own emotions, develop the ability to empathize with those around us around and be able to recognize their feelings. Methodologically, it was a quantitative, pre-experimental research design; which consists of the application of a pretest and after them a technological strategy (OVA); with which it is investigated that in this case apprentices, understand their own emotions and those of others through activities that they have related both individually and collectively.
