Summary:Establishing controls in terms of chemical risk management and carrying out the respective monitoring of its compliance under the Globally Harmonized System (SGA) is a challenge for large companies and with different activities where chemical substances are used or stored in different work fronts. simultaneously; This problem arouses an interest in implementing digital tools that allow the automation in the generation of security labels and control of the necessary information of each chemical substance, stored and used by positions and processes, the safety data sheets of current chemical substances , compatibility matrices and other aspects necessary to manage chemical safety. For this reason, in this work tools were designed and implemented that allow automated monitoring of safety data sheets and automatic production of safety labels in the size required for a public service company, evaluating the effectiveness of these controls and the impact that these generate in saving time, effectiveness and practicality in middle managers, who are responsible for this control as an additional activity to their operational functions; as well as, internal policies on information technologies were taken into account. The results obtained showed how process automation facilitates the monitoring and control of chemical risk management in the operations of a large company. S.A E.S.P
