Summary:The concept of leadership can vary depending on the point of view from which it is viewed and the type of leadership being discussed. In this paper we will explore the concept of moral leadership and its implications for future teacher leaders. The objective is to examine how moral leadership, which involves making decisions based on ethical principles and prioritizing the common good, can be applied in educational settings. A particular focus is placed on moral leadership in foreign language classrooms, where diverse perspectives and backgrounds are common. This paper elaborates on the importance of leadership empowerment in creating a positive learning environment. It suggests strategies such as providing regular training, coaching, and opportunities for teachers to take on leadership roles. and conclude that effective moral leadership in schools requires setting clear goals, fostering collaboration, and enabling ongoing professional development of teachers.
