Summary:Currently, companies want to provide the best services, for this they need adequate and trained personnel in the execution of each of the activities that are required, however, this is not enough, since the attitude, the interrelation between each one of them and how they assume their positions within the organizations facilitates the achievement of institutional objectives. The objective of this report is to evaluate the organizational climate in the Casalud Foundation in this way, it will be possible to know the main aspects to improve in relation to the available resources, the organizational culture, the satisfaction or the way of communicating, among others, this evaluation It helps to enhance the best productivity conditions throughout the organization. This strategy seeks to increase the satisfaction of the company's collaborators in order to encourage a sense of belonging and to be able to achieve the growth expected by the company. Likewise, an analysis was carried out through the DOFA matrix where it was possible to identify the weaknesses, opportunities, strength that the human talent of the institution has and establish improvement actions against the results obtained in the behavior of the variables. in the applied survey. An improvement plan was developed in the different dependencies of the company that presented unfavorable levels of organizational climate, taking into account a series of activities to be developed in order to achieve all the negative points given in the survey to improve the work environment.
