| Summary: | A comparative spatial analysis of the land uses of the areas of activity, urban treatments and actions and projects that were proposed in Agreement 003 of the Territorial Planning Plan - POT of 2021, in comparison with those established in the POT of 2010 was carried out. , considering an urban scale; as well as their location and distribution, where it was found that the new POT has more differences than similarities, is more detailed, rigorous and proposes a compact city model with new definitions in uses and building standards which change the dynamics growth and densification of the city. |
