As long as this money returns to the company, it can be used for whatever the company needs. Therefore, from a financial perspective, the ability to effectively manage accounts receivable Getting paid is key to business success. Against this background, the analysis and definition of strategies for the management of accounts receivable within the company FERROANGEL located in the municipality of Planeta Rica. For this, in the first instance, an analysis is made of the current conditions of the accounts receivable that the company has through the records that it has, with what could be establish the degrees and times of arrears of each of the accounts receivable, in order to be able to propose strategic actions focused primarily on the reduction and recovery of said accounts receivable, but in addition to this, actions and recommendations so that the company can have a better credit validation process and granting them.
