Alfabetización y asesoramiento jurídico comunitario en el barrio Villa Celina de Cereté

Legal literacy as a practical sample of the university extension to the community. It is developed with the objective of bringing basic legal knowledge to a population with socioeconomic, environmental and cultural vulnerabilities, the case of the Villa Celina neighborhood located in the municipality of Cerete. Literacy was focused on teaching administrative procedures and judicial mechanisms contemplated in the Colombian constitution and law. The trainings were carried out through appropriate methodological and didactic activities that allowed the achievement of the proposed objectives, such as the use of judicial mechanisms and actions before the public administration, which allowed mitigating part of the problem that affects them. A step was taken towards empowerment in the cognitive knowledge of legal procedures.
