Summary: | The purpose of this paper is to present a reflection—in no way derived from research—upon the influence of globalization and internationalization in the teaching-learning of Law in the XXI Century. Based on the global convergence in education and the prevailing model of Competency Based Learning, we analyze the new academic-professional profiles of the jurists of the new century and the competencies that will govern the teaching-learning of law in modern society. We also analyze the present society and the change that has taken place in the teaching-learning paradigm. |
