El periodo de recolección de artículos fue del 09-08-2018 al 05-11-2018 en los idiomas inglés y castellano. La fecha de los estudios contemplados es del 2010 al 2019, en bases de datos científicas como Sciencedirect, Psicodoc, Proquest, Psyarticles y Medline. Se tuvo en cuenta como descriptores principales rumiación cognitiva y psicopatología internalizante. Se establecieron como criterios de exclusión generales meta- análisis, cartillas, programas específicos de intervención y componentes biológicos. Se recolecto 11730 artículos de los cuales se eliminaron 3790 duplicados, teniendo como registros seleccionados 7892 artículos, se evaluaron 103 artículos de texto completo para elegibilidad de los cuales se incluyeron 32 artículos, se encontró mayor predominio de trastornos de ansiedad en personas que tienden a rumiar. Así mismo se identificó como transdiagnóstico los estilos cognitivos, los cuales generan vulnerabilidad y mantenimiento a presentar dicho trastorno.PregradoPsicólogo1. Resumen 2. Introducción 3.
