| Summary: | Drones or UAVs are flight equipment which allow a great development of activities for commercial and military purposes. However, the constant evolution of international markets have resulted in the commercialization of these equipments without any control in the world. It is for this reason that regulating bodies have developed a series of parameters to control all activities related to the manipulation and flight of Drones or RPAS. In this specific case, it is not possible to determine if such regulations are implemented in Colombian territory, since this article seeks to establish, if these regulations are in line with the other internal regulations of the Colombian state and if such legislation does not present conflicts with worldwide regulations. |
