Second, it is to study the relationships between these variables with psychosocial, job and demographic indicators. The burnout was measured with an adaptation of the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) scale. The results showed a strong relationship within three burnout dimensions, but each one was associated with different psychosocial and job-satisfaction indicators. Task satisfaction was related with lower emotional exhaustion level and higher personal accomplishment feeling level. Boss satisfaction was associated with lower depersonalization level, and the personal accomplishment feelings were associated with lower avoided coping and high active coping. On other hand, perceived social support was related only with personal accomplishment feelings, and traumatic life events had both direct and indirect effects, the first with a total job satisfaction score and the second with the emotional climate indicator. The emotional climate was associated with individual and psychosocial variables.    application/pdf1909-97110123-9155https://hdl.handle.net/10983/28268https://actacolombianapsicologia.ucatolica.edu.co/article/view/580spaUniversidad Católica de Colombiahttps://actacolombianapsicologia.ucatolica.edu.co/article/download/580/596Núm. 6 , Año 200165641Acta Colombiana de PsicologíaJosé Ignacio Ruiz Pérez, Darío Páez Rovira - 2001info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccesshttp://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_abf2https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/https://actacolombianapsicologia.ucatolica.edu.co/article/view/580Job satisfactionBurn outEmotional climateJailSatisfacción laboral, burnout y clima emocional en empleados de prisiones de Bogotá : un estudio exploratorio.Artículo de revistahttp://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_2df8fbb1http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85Textinfo:eu-repo/semantics/articleJournal articlehttp://purl.org/redcol/resource_type/ARTinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionPublicationOREORE.xmltext/xml2680https://repository.ucatolica.edu.co/bitstreams/330dd9da-6ceb-4004-80df-e734535f5c02/downloadf591d0cf3e2396c0e38efe2fd7d9e98bMD5110983/28268oai:repository.ucatolica.edu.co:10983/282682023-06-22 12:00:40.802https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/José Ignacio Ruiz Pérez, Darío Páez Rovira - 2001https://repository.ucatolica.edu.coRepositorio Institucional Universidad Católica de Colombia - RIUCaCbdigital@metabiblioteca.com
