The burnout was measured with an adaptation of the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) scale. The results showed a strong relationship within three burnout dimensions, but each one was associated with different psychosocial and job-satisfaction indicators. Task satisfaction was related with lower emotional exhaustion level and higher personal accomplishment feeling level. Boss satisfaction was associated with lower depersonalization level, and the personal accomplishment feelings were associated with lower avoided coping and high active coping. On other hand, perceived social support was related only with personal accomplishment feelings, and traumatic life events had both direct and indirect effects, the first with a total job satisfaction score and the second with the emotional climate indicator.
