Frente a esto, debemos reconocer la importancia de gestionar la metropolización de las ciudades para mitigar la vulnerabilidad del territorio a desastres naturales como las inundaciones, que aumenta consecuentemente con la concentración de población vulnerable. En este trabajo se propone realizar una evaluación de la vulnerabilidad institucional de la población situada en la ciudad de Bogotá que se encuentra expuesta al riesgo de inundación, como marco para la planificación de la reducción y el manejo de este riesgo en términos socioeconómicos y ambientales.PregradoEconomista1.
