Diseño de prototipos flexibles de vivienda social en Bogotá

Since 1991 in Bogotá, the production of social housing in the formal sector has been left in the hands of the market and not interested in the quality of housing. Promoting products finished, unable to seize the processes of adaptation and natural flexibility that any user in your home. Finally, the market is focusing on the densification until the saturation limit. Flexibility is a necessary condition for social housing design and production of Habitat. It is then essential to include elements that lead to the satisfaction of the need for flexibility in the housing, so that respond to the transformations of sound and natural way guaranteeing a good spatial quality. This research called “Design of prototypes flexible of social housing en Bogota” arises from the need to propose a model of management and communication of information in the process of design and planning of architectural and urban projects which could be applied to the area of higher education. It is of vital importance, the implementation of ICT tools in the area of social housing design to make prototypes that identify the behavior of the flexibility in housing and Habitat to be sustainable over time
