| Summary: | This paper detects, studies and analyzes the problem of lack of effective digital tools for the correct administration and operation of the entity, which can negatively affect the continuity at Un Futuro, Una Esperanza foundation’s social work processes. It also proposes innovative and lasting solutions for the well-being of the worker facilitating the optimal conclusion of their work activities and promoting prioritization, programming and planning, which causes the reduction of negative effects of the lack of correct working tools. |
