VIII Semester internship final report

The conclusion of the final report for the eighth semester of internships reflects a comprehensive process of learning and professional development, highlighting the achievements reached and the lessons learned. Throughout this period, various challenges were faced, including time management, adaptation to new responsibilities, and overcoming personal obstacles, such as the effects of the pandemic. These experiences contributed significantly to the intern's personal and professional growth. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and constant interaction with professors, administrative staff, and other interns strengthened teamwork skills and improved communication abilities and information retention. These experiences underscored the importance of cooperation and flexibility in complex and changing environments. Additionally, taking on additional responsibilities and participating in corporate activities provided a broader perspective of institutional operations and allowed for more effective contributions to the program's objectives. The focus on maintaining professionalism and addressing ethical considerations was a crucial component of the internship experience, ensuring adherence to institutional standards and integrity in all interactions and responsibilities. Finally, the report highlights how these practical experiences have facilitated applying theoretical knowledge in real work contexts, preparing the intern to face future challenges and contribute significantly in their professional field.
