My journey as a Front Desk Clerk at Holiday Inn Express has been one of immersion and growth, marked by various roles that have provided me with invaluable insights and experience into the inner workings of the hospitality industry. From handling guest requests as a telephone operator to assisting with front office operations and supporting the housekeeping department, each experience has contributed to my professional development and deepened my understanding of the nuances that underpin optimal service in the hospitality sector. |
