| Summary: | This paper contains the main details about my meaningful experience in Lean Staffing, working as a track and trace agent for NTG account. It describes the main tasks I had to accomplish during this period, this process helped me to analyse the area of improvement in the company and consider some aspects that could be used as a solution. Also, it is noticeable my professional and personal growth after this amazing experience. I have acquired many strengths and improved in the skills I already had. The process made me more confident about myself and the things I can do. Thanks to the accompany of the university and the company I could share in this paper my first experience working in the logistics field, and I might say I am satisfied with it. |
