These strategies are created not only to be implemented in the training process of undergraduate students, but so that they in turn can implement them with their future students. This proposal is based on the qualitative methodology through participating observation, survey, workshop and analysis, key instruments for both the collection of information and for the development of the entire proposal. La propuesta tiene como finalidad crear estrategias pedagógicas para la enseñanza de las artes plásticas en el programa de Licenciatura en Artes del Instituto Universitario de la Paz UNIPAZ, de la ciudad de Barrancabermeja, en aras de mejorar las habilidades de creación y enseñanza en el área de plástica en los futuros profesionales de la docencia.
