Summary:What is proposed in this study is the design of an automotive maintenance service workshop, in the municipality of Tuta (Boyacá), which seeks to differentiate itself from the rest in the territorial entity, thanks to characteristics such as quality of service and the opportunity in providing it, but, above all, it is intended to differentiate itself from its competitors by handling much tighter prices and processes designed to save. This automotive workshop specializes in the repair of all types of vehicles and in the customization of them and uses the mechanisms of computer science as elements to facilitate the processes in the different channels. It is these characteristics that make the difference compared to its competitors, in addition to generating an advantage in terms of time and operations. This feature gives it an extra attraction, very different from what is traditionally seen in the municipality. The service sector is said to be a reflection of the changes in the society in which they operate. Tutence society has undergone changes that have made it more complex and accelerated, thus completely changing people's demands. The territorial automotive fleet has been constantly increasing, awakening this, a new business segment, however, the competition to which it is exposed, requires innovation to be able to adjust to consumer preferences, which are increasingly more selective and demanding. The results produced by the data collection instruments implemented demonstrate that the characteristics of the auto mechanics workshop, presented in this document, are indeed valued by people. This indicates that there is a market opportunity. It must be taken into account that, if you want to reach a public with a high purchasing power, you have to offer something different and innovative
