Summary: | This marketing plan proposal emerged from identifying in the sales and production areas of the company Industries Fagor S.a.s, tendencies which were triggering a series of difficulties that did not allow to comply with the objectives set up by the management; it begins with the approach of the objectives that contribute to the current situation, needs and expectations of the company, consequently, an analysis of the situation of the company that was carried out externally according to (Kloter, 2012) and internally (Lazzari & Maesschalck, 2003)implementing the survey as a tool, additionally, the knowledge of the general manager of the company, once the principal information was obtained, so, a market investigation was carried out in which it was sought to know its position against the competition, clients and suppliers. |
