| Summary: | Taking into account the non-compliance with the minimum standards of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) set forth in Resolution 0312 of 2019, by the company JH Ingenieros Eléctricos SAS, the initial diagnosis is carried out at Through the self-assessment of the minimum SG-SST standards to analyze the current situation and comply with the 21 standards to be met according to the size and level of risk of the company. Subsequently, taking into account the functions and positions in the company, the identification of hazards and risk assessment is carried out based on the risk matrix of the Colombian Technical Guide 45 (GTC45). Next, the documentation is built according to the minimum standards of the SG-SST, which includes the policy and objectives of safety and health at work, assignment of the person in charge of the SG-SST, formats for the formation of the joint health and safety committee at work (copasst), work coexistence committee and emergency brigades, emergency response plan, annual work plan, inspection program and various formats and records to meet the minimum standards of the SG-SST. Finally, the cost benefit study of the SG-SST documentation project was carried out, where the viability of the project is evidenced taking into account the high monetary penalties for non-compliance with the SG-SST. |
