Summary:A Management System Design proposal is made taking into account the ISO 9001:2015 quality standard of the Carnes Rancho Grande company, which is carried out as a degree option for the industrial engineering faculty, this proposal is developed taking into account the applicable requirements of the ISO 9001 standard in its most updated version 2015, from chapters 4 to chapter 10, which is distributed in Context of the Organization, Leadership, Planning, Support, Operation, Performance Evaluation and Improvement since being a Food company is focused on the best possible customer satisfaction and the improvement of its processes, the proposal is made up of a series of requirements and procedures that are developed taking into account all the requirements that the standard indicates and from which we start from the base of our main objective which is identified as Designing the Quality Management System based on the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015, for the Rancho Grande meat company in the department of Boyacá Municipality of Duitama.
