Summary:This document contains the proposal for the creation of a microenterprise for the processing and transformation of prickly pear (fig) to obtain products with high added value such as jam and syrup, products for commercialization at the regional and national levels. The study seeks to establish the economic and financial viability of the development of products from traditional fruits of the municipality of Iza Boyacá and thus provide a business alternative for farmers in the area.
