Summary:This project aims to contribute to the agroindustrial development of Magdalena, especially Santa Marta, giving better use of the grapes, with the aim of improving the source of income and creating wines. This product, which is in the process of being harvested, tropical fruit wines have begun to enter the regional and national market, allowing it to compete with brands and manufacturers of other tropical fruit wines, offering consumers a product that guarantees flavor, odor , color and sanitary conditions suitable for human consumption. The project to elaborate and commercialize wine based on isabella grapes is mainly aimed at an internal market that meets the department's demand and opens new markets that allow coverage at national and international level. For the transformation of wine, there is a technological package that guarantees a quality product, with semi-artisan processes, which allows us to offer a quality product at very good prices, which is purchased by anyone without distinction of social class. With a fully identified market and competition, with marketing strategies that make it possible to publicize a new product and market it. With a legally constituted company, with a financial study that shows positive results and guarantees less profit and recovery time than projected.
