Summary: | The motivation is one of the fundamental aspects for performance, helping workers to perform their functions at ease, thus providing a high performance for the company. Therefore, it must be taken into account that there are several ways to motivate staff and it is necessary that organizations have both physical, human and budgetary resources for the foundation of business motivation. The objective of this research was to design a work motivation program for the employees of the company Logistic Support, which consisted of 17 sessions with an intensity of 4 times per week and a duration of 1 hour per session. The sample consisted of 25 people. The study was a quasi-experimental pre-test and post-test cross-sectional study. Although there was no statistically significant increase, it was possible to establish and strengthen tools for the personal and working life of the employees, in addition to contributing to increasing the impartiality and credibility of the team members, it also favoured and consolidated the level of trust and commitment of the employees, promoting a better balance between personal and working life. |
