Summary: | This project aims to optimize the results of the tests repairs and manufacturing of hydraulic cylinders. This through and efficient test bench that guarantees the conditioning of optimal cylinders in their load and effort work, for this purpose it is incorporated into design of a test bench a spring-loaded actuator, wich opposes the output of the hydraulic cylinder under test, ensuring that after the test, the mechanism doas not fail at its workplace. This research is relevant for oleohydraulics, since in most of the companies providing this service, nationwide a basic test bench is used to determine if the cylinders meet the required expectations. In these cases, the cylinder cycles in vacuum, without any type of resistance to its movement and the only aspects that are judged are the leaks that may occur in those critical and punctual parts, such as the cylinder cap, its reactors, its ports, its open or closed measurements and its routes. All this exerting pressure only at the end of its trajectory. |
