Summary: | This proposed business plan for a cleaning and cleaning service Provider Company arises from the need for employment that many mothers currently head of the household live in and that in some cases, those who are employed, do so as employees. Domestic workers in wealthy families in the city of Cartagena, but that their work is not well paid. Therefore, the purpose of the proposal is to design a business plan proposal for comprehensive cleaning services for SMEs, from the industrial and commercial sector, through tools and techniques that lead to generating value-added strategies that meet the needs of customers. In this sense, the theories for the implementation of business plans were analyzed and market, financial, technical and organizational studies were identified for the construction of the business feasibility study, where a survey of 13 questions was applied to the possible 35 possible clients and a SWOT analysis was made that was applied to the competition of the sector, through an interview and direct observation of some companies. The present project is of a projective nature, according to Hurtado (2010.p.567) “consists of the elaboration of a proposal, a plan or procedure, as a solution to a problem or need of a practical nature. The type of research is Mixed (quantitative and qualitative). |
