The pump is located at the Basic Sciences and Technology bulding of the University of Quindio. The variables are displayed and permanently controlled during operation improving the water supply plant process. This technological development was designed with the purpose of reducing costs through increasing the useful life of the plant components and minimizing energy and water consumption. The implementation is based by a board built on Arduino mega 2560, which receive and process information from the sensors involved in the process. Este documento pretende mostrar el desarrollo tecnológico basado en un sistema de visualización y control de variables, que permite por medio de un circuito eléctrico y electrónico proporcionar la información necesaria de las variables implicadas en el funcionamiento de la motobomba como son: voltaje, corriente y presión, ubicada en el bloque de Ciencias Básicas y Tecnologías de la Universidad del Quindío. Las variables son visualizadas en tiempo real y permiten tener un control permanente del sistema durante su funcionamiento, mejorando así el proceso que existe actualmente en la planta de abastecimiento de agua. El desarrollo tecnológico fue diseñado con el propósito de proteger cada uno de los componentes de los equipos utilizados en la planta prolongando la vida útil y reducir costos en el consumo de energía y de agua.
